  • Partial Completion of Courses: If you have accessed more than 30% of the course content, including watching lectures or completing assignments, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Failure to Follow the Refund Request Process: Refund requests that are not submitted through the proper channels or after the stated time frame may be denied.

5. Subscription-Based Services and Renewals

  • If you are subscribed to any recurring membership, subscription, or payment plan (e.g., access to multiple courses over time), refunds for the subscription fees will only be issued within the first 7 days of the subscription period, provided that you have not accessed the course materials or used the service during that time.

  • After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for any ongoing subscriptions, and cancellation of the subscription will take effect from the next billing cycle.
